| First off I would like to thank
everyone for the support I have received over the last few months. This
site has become more successful than I ever could have imagined. That success
comes from you guys. Without the continued interest and support the site
would have never made it this far. It does however pose a new problem. It
looks like I have become a victim of my own success. Currently my web hosting company is sponsoring all of my bandwidth. That doesn’t come cheaply. I receive in excess of 100,000 hits a day. If that sounds like a lot, it is. That much traffic on a daily basis consumes anywhere from 50 to 100 gigabytes of downloaded data. Basically every time you visit a page data is downloaded. Think of the gigabytes as hours of talk time on a cell phone. I am only supposed to use 25 gigabytes a month. Obviously I have far exceeded that limit. If you were only allowed to use 25 hours a month and you were actually using 1500 hours, your bill would be outrageous. Because of the extreme amount of traffic, the website is causing some unforeseen costs to my web hosting company. They are only allowed so much usage a month before they hit a burst point in which they incur a charge. When they originally came on board as a sponsor we did not anticipate the enormous increase in traffic. I have no desire to change that so I must do something. I am currently looking for corporate sponsors that can help out with some of the costs. Until that happens I have to make sure there is a safety net for the site to continue. I therefore am placing a donation button on the site to help keep things going. Where does my money go you ask, well it will pay for any bandwidth charges that I incur as well as go towards the support efforts of Clermont Yellow Ribbon. I am only asking for a nominal amount but you may donate as much as you want. I will not complain one bit. This is done on the honor system and donation will not be required. I only ask that you donate a minimum of $1.00 so that I can offset the transaction cost. I asked myself how I charge the people that the site intended to support in the first place but on the other end, the site would not exist without it. Thank you once again and
