I would love to serve as a soldier but the Lord had other plans for me. I am not able to serve because I was born nine weeks early which caused mild cerebral palsy. I may not be able to serve physically, but I can serve in spirit. Please know that you are a hero to this nation and an inspirtaion to many. Without our military our nation would not be free. I am a 7th Grade Social Studies teacher. One of the walls in my classroom is called "The Wall of Freedom." It is a dedication to our military past and present. A yellow ribbon also hangs in my room.
